To ensure your request is reviewed in a timely manner, **any applications for events, initiatives, or programming taking place in January or February must be submitted no later than **🗓 November 1st.

Applications received after this date may not be reviewed in time for consideration.

We encourage all applicants to plan accordingly and submit early to avoid delays.
